Our pet fee is a one time non-refundable amount of $400 for one pet, $800 for two pets. Pet rent is $25 per month per pet. All pets are required to be registered within our Pet DNA screening upon arrival. We allow up to two (2) pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply, call for more details.
